Honestly no complaints. Interesting place for one night in Yamanouchi. Stunning location to a secluded park. So caring staff, neat and high standard rooms with the patio and great view and a balcony. Free parking on-site provided. The pool area was heated too

We had an amazing experience at Senjukaku in Yamanouchi. the hotel was luxurious, well-appointed, and our room was tidy and huge with a bedroom, a private bath, and a great view of the mountains. the service and food were both excellent.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my visit stress-free. The location can't be beat if your goal is to see the Snow Monkeys, as you can walk straight out from the hotel to launch your snow monkey adventure. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff is really helpful, and the location is convenient.
