Honestly no complaints. Interesting place for one night in Yamanouchi. Stunning location to a secluded park. So caring staff, neat and high standard rooms with the patio and great view and a balcony. Free parking on-site provided. The pool area was heated too

We had an amazing experience at Senjukaku in Yamanouchi. the hotel was luxurious, well-appointed, and our room was tidy and huge with a bedroom, a private bath, and a great view of the mountains. the service and food were both excellent.

This place is conveniently close to both the Jigokudani Monkey Park and the town center, making it easy to visit the snow monkeys.

The location was exceptionally nice, near to the center of town, which was a beer garden. Easily accessible to skiing, the snow monkeys, and a beer garden. - Located in the hills above the village of Yamanochi, within easy walking distance of the snow monkey park.

I like staying at this unique hotel in Yamanouchi. the top-class rooms are reasonably priced. - the patient staff makes the stay even more enjoyable. - Its location is nice, within walking distance from Shiga Highlands Roman Museum. - It is close to the nearby train station and Matsumoto airport, making it convenient for tourists.

Our room was a good size and had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, and a handy refrigerator – all the essentials 📺. the staff were absolutely top-notch, super friendly, and really looked after us.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which is a nice bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and some even have their own private onsen. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the meals served in the hotel are delicious and include local delicacies.

The English proficiency of the staff is limited, which may pose a challenge for some guests who don't speak Japanese.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my visit stress-free. The location can't be beat if your goal is to see the Snow Monkeys, as you can walk straight out from the hotel to launch your snow monkey adventure. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was top-notch.
